Fair Play Award Evaluations:

1. Did the players appeared to play the ball and not the player?
2. Were there any yellow cards issued to the opposing team?
3. If Yes, how many?
4. Were the opponent’s spectators respectful and positive?
5. Were the opponent’s spectators warned or ejected from the game by the Center Referee?
6. Was there any foul language or name-calling used by anyone on the opposing team?
7. If your team had an injury and your team had possession of the ball, did the opposing team play the ball back to your team at the restart?
8. Was the opposing team respectful of any injured player on the field?
9. Did the opposing team members lined up and offered congratulations or “good game” at the end of the game?
10. Did the opposing team thank the Referee Staff?
11. Were the opposing team’s Coaching staff supportive and positive toward all players and Referee Staff?
12. Overall, after the game, no matter the score, did your team feel the opponent played a good game and demonstrated a good positive attitude toward the game?
